POLISTIK ZERO is a thermo-insulating and anti-condensation panel made of cross-linked expanded polyethylene, produced without the use of solvent-based blowing agents. The special expansion process does not introduce VOCs (volatile organic compounds), resulting in lower material toxicity and improved fogging properties in the automotive sector.
The closed-cell structure also provides lightness and flexibility. It offers excellent resistance to mechanical stress and weathering.
The addition of FR additives gives it a fire reaction classification of B s1 d0, the highest for expanded materials according to EN 13501-1.
Polistik Zero is also available in a self-adhesive version with water-based acrylic adhesive.
Typical applications
