All Mappy Italia products are manufactured entirely in Italy, at the production facility of over 22,000 sq m in Cesate, in the province of Milan, using high-quality materials carefully monitored and controlled throughout the entire production cycle, from raw material to finished product.
We ship our products worldwide, working directly with contractors in the construction sector and supplying industries, distributors, wholesalers and retailers.

Since 2009, Mappy Italia has held ISO 9001:2015 certification, the international standard defining the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS) within an organisation.
Our aim in renewing our certification is to equip ourselves with a tool designed to facilitate continuous and ongoing improvement, both in terms of our products and the quality of our work, with the aim of achieving all-round efficiency.
The company has also obtained ISO 14001:2015 certification for environmental sustainability and ISO 45001:2018 certification for workplace health and safety.

Among the main materials we process: regenerated fibre (our primary sustainable product obtained from the recycling of plastic bottles), PU, PE, PVC, EVA, EPDM, nylon, silicone, elastomeric rubber, butyl rubber.
Thanks to some of our machinery we are able to supply various material formats: sheets, rolls, logs, gaskets and die-cut components.
Individual products can also be packaged with custom packaging.
