PROJECT TYPE
Beema Insurance is an insurance company based in Lusail, Qatar, providing insurance solutions for both individuals and businesses. The headquarters in Lusail were designed as modern, professional corporate spaces aimed at conveying reliability and operational excellence.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project brief required a contemporary workspace capable of improving productivity and the well-being of both staff and clients, through architectural details and integrated lighting, with a strong focus on acoustics.
To meet these requirements, the Mappywood Micro-Perforated decorative sound-absorbing system was selected—an architectural acoustic solution designed for corporate environments.
Mappy Italia’s technical team worked closely with the project architect to develop a custom suspended ceiling, combining the design of micro-perforated wood with the high sound-absorbing performance of the recycled fiber Silsonic panel applied on the back of the wooden panels.
Integrated LED lighting was incorporated into the system, creating a dynamic and elegant atmosphere while preserving the acoustic performance of the space.
In addition, the use of sustainably sourced wood and low-emission finishes contributes to improved indoor air quality and long-term well-being.
THE RESULT: a workspace designed with attention to acoustic comfort, productivity and visual identity, reflecting the company’s commitment to innovation and employee well-being.
