PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The meeting rooms within the executive offices of a company in Qatar presented acoustic issues related to a pronounced reverberation effect caused by the glass walls that defined the spaces, generating echo and compromising the quality of meetings.
Some common areas dedicated to informal meetings and coffee breaks also required acoustic intervention due to the high flow of people.
To address these needs, Mappyfiber Infinity was selected, a sound-absorbing panel for walls and ceilings featuring a three-dimensional pattern, ideal for covering continuous surfaces even of large dimensions.
Since the meeting rooms and common areas were adjacent to each other, the architect opted for the same acoustic panel in different colour variations to ensure design continuity throughout the spaces. The walls without glazing, both in the meeting rooms and in the common areas, were therefore uniformly covered with Mappyfiber Infinity, giving the interiors a modern and dynamic aesthetic while improving acoustic comfort.
