PROJECT TYPE
The Wells Fargo offices in Bangalore represent a strategic offshore hub supporting the global operations of one of the world’s leading financial institutions.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The design brief for the common areas of the Wells Fargo Bangalore headquarters required a design solution capable of ensuring high acoustic comfort, while reflecting the institution’s commitment to sustainability and employee well-being.

To meet these requirements, Mappy Italia introduced the Mappywood Louvers wooden system for walls and ceilings, integrated on the back with Silsonic, a sound-absorbing panel made of regenerated and recycled fiber.

The linear strip design creates a refined architectural rhythm without compromising acoustic performance: the solution improves speech clarity and reduces noise fatigue in open-plan and collaborative areas.

Made from sustainably sourced wood and through eco-friendly production processes, the panels contribute to indoor air quality and help create a healthier working environment. The project was developed with a strong focus on sustainability, in line with Wells Fargo’s global environmental responsibility goals.

THE RESULT: a modern financial campus characterized by a carefully designed acoustic project, where sound comfort supports productivity and well-being. The Bangalore office now offers a refined, efficient and sustainable workplace that reflects Wells Fargo’s commitment to people and to the future of responsible business.
