PROJECT OVERVIEW
The nursery required acoustic solutions capable of effectively managing noise while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, using healthy materials that could simultaneously ensure sound absorption performance, durability and overall environmental wellbeing.
Mappy Italia proposed Mappyfiber Bombato Quadrato with fabric finish, designed to deliver high acoustic performance and impact resistance, making it ideal for spaces dedicated to children. Mappyfiber panels improve overall environmental comfort by reducing reverberation and background noise, creating quieter, calmer and safer learning environments.
The core of the panel is made of regenerated and recycled Silsonic fibre, which is antibacterial and helps prevent the formation of mould and bacteria, contributing to improved indoor air quality.
