Residenza Colle Loreto is a prestigious residential complex located in Lugano, Switzerland. Characterised by its elongated design and a glossy burnished façade, the building houses exclusive apartments, a spa with a swimming pool and a roof terrace.
OBJECTIVE OF THE ACOUSTIC INTERVENTION
To reduce airborne and impact noise transmission between the building’s floors, ensuring a high level of acoustic comfort in line with the standards of luxury residences.
