PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Rosewood in Doha is a luxury hotel located in the Lusail Marina district of Qatar, characterised by two ‘sculptural’ towers with a façade inspired by the texture of coral.
OBJECTIVE OF THE ACOUSTIC INTERVENTION
With Polistik/M Underspecial HQ: to reduce airborne and impact noise transmission between the hotel’s floors, ensuring a high level of acoustic comfort in line with the standards of luxury accommodation facilities.
With Mappysil CR 404: to eliminate noise generated by plumbing systems in the rooms and suites, whilst ensuring optimal thermal and acoustic insulation of the hotel’s drainage pipes, in full compliance with luxury hospitality standards and with the aim of offering guests a superior level of comfort.
