STOPFIRE BRT BUGNATO PLATE is a sound-insulating panel made of two layers of polyurethane foam impregnated with FR additives, one of which is profiled, with an interposed high-density flexible elastomeric barrier in class B s1 d0 to increase mass and improve sound insulation. The polyurethane foam layers are designed to decouple the heavy barrier from the noise source. The profiled polyurethane layer is coupled with a self-extinguishing protective film resistant to water, oils, and dust.
This product is also available in an adhesive version with water-based acrylic glue.
Typical applications
Thanks to the protective film that makes it water-repellent, STOPFIRE BRT BUGNATO PLATE is mainly suitable for acoustic insulation in industrial environments where water and oil splashes are present.
It is suitable for isolating noise generated inside machinery or industrial environments, preventing sound vibrations from being transmitted outside.
