DUMP CR 101 is a sound-insulating and damping material made of self-extinguishing expanded polyurethane foam (in the non-adhesive version), flexible and open-cell, coupled with a high-density flexible elastomeric barrier to increase mass and improve sound insulation.
This product is also available in an adhesive version with water-based acrylic glue.
Dump CR 101 is resistant to humidity.
Typical applications
DUMP CR 101 is ideal for adding mass to structures for vibration damping, such as fiberglass, metal, plywood, plasterboard, or plastic structures, elevator walls, industrial vehicles, the electronics industry, machine casings, exhaust pipes, drainage stacks, ducting systems, and any component subject to vibrations.
