MUSSTIK NEOPRENE/RS is a product made of a closed-cell expanded elastomeric material based on chloroprene and EPDM, coated with a polyethylene film (RS Film). The polyethylene RS Film makes the product eco-friendly as it eliminates the need to remove a release liner, thus reducing the environmental impact related to its disposal.
Musstik Neoprene/RS is produced in a self-adhesive version without a protective liner, using a water-based acrylic adhesive.
In compliance with environmental protocols, Musstik Neoprene/RS does not contain CFCs or HCFCs and is free from PFAS. It is also recyclable.
The standard density of the material is 130 kg/m³. Other densities are available on request.
Typical applications
Musstik Neoprene/RS can be used as an anti-condensation material in the air conditioning and refrigeration sector. It is used as a sealing gasket against air, dust, water and noise.
