ELASTOFLEX is a flexible, closed-cell elastomeric foam, black in colour.
It is available in a self-adhesive version with a special water-based acrylic adhesive and mesh reinforcement.
Typical applications
Elastoflex is an elastic and waterproof material suitable for use as a gasket where a specific fire reaction class is required. It is used as an anti-condensation gasket in the air conditioning sector (joints and ventilation flanges) and refrigeration. It is also suitable for insulating water pipes, valves, etc. Elastoflex is also used in the automotive field and in the oil industry.
