POLISTIK CH is a gasket made of chemically cross-linked closed-cell polyethylene foam, waterproof and with one adhesive side (water-based acrylic adhesive).
Typical applications
Polistik CH is a multi-purpose gasket with good thermal and acoustic insulation properties. It adheres perfectly to surfaces, is waterproof, prevents condensation and frost, and reduces heat loss, thus contributing to energy savings.
Polistik CH is therefore suitable for many applications: preventing vibrations between metal structures (such as drywall studs), insulating water pipes, sealing pipe sections, for air conditioning units and boilers, in refrigeration systems, and for HVAC insulation.
