STOPFIRE is a gasket made of high-density expanded polyurethane impregnated with FR additives, giving it a fire reaction classification of C s2 d0. The open-cell structure provides flexibility and ease of compression.
Stopfire is also available in a self-adhesive version with water-based acrylic adhesive.
Typical applications
Stopfire is excellent for all types of acoustic insulation, especially where high material density is required. It is designed for engine compartments, generator sets, fan rooms, compressors, boilers, etc.
