MAPPYSIL CR 203 is a soundproofing panel for pipes in ducting systems in general and drainage stacks, composed of a high-density flexible elastomeric barrier to increase mass and improve acoustic insulation, coated on one side with a self-extinguishing expanded polyurethane foam (in the non-adhesive version) and on the other side with a physically cross-linked expanded polyethylene layer.
Mappysil CR 203 is also available in a self-adhesive version with water-based acrylic adhesive.
Typical applications
Mappysil CR 203 is ideal for acoustic and thermal insulation of pipes, especially drainage pipes, drainage stacks and pipes for ducting systems in general. It is also suitable for insulating shutter boxes.
